☕️ First cup of coffee is always drip from a single cup machine we have. Cups two and three are both french press. Have been doing it this way for longer than I can remember and it has yet to get old or feel overdone. It always seems just right.

Had some time to do some writing this evening (on my new MacBook Pro, so that was a nice keyboard exercise). Felt good to do so! Eager to shift into that more as the making side of me calms down.

Very necessary upgrade. M2, 2022 MacBook Air 8 GB memory 512 GB HD → 16 inch M5 Pro, MacBook Pro, 48 GB memory 1 TB HD. This thing is an absolute beast compared to the Air. Good to be back on a Pro 💪

🥃 Hoping for a few moments this evening to sit on the couch with a glass of bourbon and zero input or output. No work. No writing. No reading. No watching. Just being.
